Create your bar
Once you have an active account, the first step is to set up your bar. Note that, by default, each account can only have one bar: it is an account control limit to prevent abuse. If you need to manage several, contact support.
Create the bar
Section titled “Create the bar”-
Go to “My Bars”
Sign in to your dashboard and open the My Bars section.

Press “Create Bar”
Use the green Create Bar button next to the list.

Choose the identifier name (slug)
The slug is the address that will identify your bar. It only accepts lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens
-and underscores_(no spaces or accents). -
Add the languages
Press Add language to add the languages of your menu (Spanish is added automatically). If you add several, mark which one is the default language with the bookmark icon.

Fill in the name and description
For each language you must provide the bar name (required) and a description that presents it.

Choose the theme
Select the visual theme of your profile. You can change it later.

Set the price range
Mark one of the price ranges (from € to €€€€) depending on the type of venue.

Save the bar
Press Save. If the slug is already in use, you will be notified to choose another one.
Edit your bar later
Section titled “Edit your bar later”Everything you fill in when creating the bar can be changed afterwards — except the slug, which cannot be modified once created. From the bar list, press Edit Bar in its options to update its name, description, languages, theme and price range.
Delete the bar
Section titled “Delete the bar”You can Delete bar from the bar’s Options in the list, or from the Delete bar button on the edit page. Note that deleting it will remove all of its content (menus, sections, dishes, schedules…).
Complete your profile
Section titled “Complete your profile”Once the bar is created, from the edit page (or from the bar’s Options in the list) you can keep expanding it.
Images
Section titled “Images”In Images you can upload your bar’s favicon, logo and header image. Drag the file or click the upload area to choose it; you will be able to crop it before saving. Click on the image again to replace it.
Contact
Section titled “Contact”In Contact fill in your venue’s details: the address (required), city, province, country, postcode, email and phone. These details will be shown on your bar’s public profile.
In Links you can add social media links and food delivery platform links:
- Social media: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X.
- Food delivery: Glovo, Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.
There can only be one link per category. For WhatsApp you can type the phone number (e.g. 34612345678) or a full WhatsApp URL. Links can be edited or removed with the icons in the list.
QR code
Section titled “QR code”The QR option shows you the QR code that leads to your bar’s public profile (sites.taverno.es/site/ + your slug). You can download it as PNG and print it, for example, for the table or the door of the venue.
Publish
Section titled “Publish”The Publish button on your bar list forces the update of your bar’s public profile. Use it if after making changes you do not see the updated data on the web.

Section titled “Opening hours and menus”- Opening hours: configure the opening hours. Check the opening hours guide.

Bar status
Section titled “Bar status”Each bar shows a status in the list:
- Active: your profile is published and visible.
- Inactive: your profile is temporarily hidden.
You can toggle between active and inactive from the bar’s options in the list.
